Belfast Breakfast Oatmeal Stout
Story: See the story here about how, in an attempt to “Scotch-Irish up” my Anna Livia Irish Stout into something completely original to celebrate the Scotch-Irish heritage of my wife and children, I inadvertently backed into a perfectly familiar but delicious oatmeal stout.
The name is an homage to the city of Belfast in Ulster, Northern Ireland – the ancestral home of the Scotch-Irish settlers to the United States who caused a ruckus from Davy Crockett to Alec Baldwin.
